To say that we are head over heels in love with our new custom JMC home would be a huge understatement. My husband and I contacted John a few days after buying a lot in Hobe Sound. We were immediately impressed by his knowledge, skills, and wonderful attitude. We wanted someone who was a great home builder, and at the same time, someone who would be easy to work with. We definitely found that in JMC. We had a pretty solid idea of our floor plan and features. We wanted to make every part of the house as different from other homes as possible. This letter is long overdue, as we have been in our home built by JMC since the summer of 1996.

The building of our home was something special, especially as it was the first home we had had built together. The project was a great experience from start to finish and came exactly as advertised and then some. As we have both said since we moved in this truly was our dream home.

John, you are very demanding of your people, and this shows in the quality homes that you produce. You worked very hard with us to ensure that it was “our home” that you were building. After we moved in we appreciated how quickly you took care of any minor things that required attention. We have had to do nothing but enjoy our home since we moved in and get nothing but compliments when visited by family and friends.
