Truly a great construction experience. If you choose JMC you will get to work with John (Owner) Kevin (Super/PM) and Martha (Back-office) – This team was able to tear down our old house, work with outside plans for our 2-story house in Jupiter, fix any issues in real time, while providing great customer service and a price that may be impossible to beat.

Once we started, the process took about 18 months (if your plans require no changes, it could be sooner).

Let me provide some examples of their professionalism and love of their craft:

1. Every 3rd party inspector I hired said this was the cleanest job site they had ever seen, and they were former builders themselves. Anything they found was basically a non issue (non issue being something needed to be repainted) or already on my PM’s list to address before they found it.
2. John didn’t like the doors that came with our plans, so he upgraded us to thicker, more aesthetically pleasing doors at no cost.
3. The relationship is maintained after CO. If you notice something that is unsat, they will send out someone to replace or repair.

I’m not the easiest client to work with, but am wholly satisfied. I would recommend JMC to a friend and I would use them again. Special thanks to Kevin for his customer service.

To say that we are head over heels in love with our new custom JMC home would be a huge understatement. My husband and I contacted John a few days after buying a lot in Hobe Sound. We have had best experience with John Cherveny owner and operator of JMC. We built during time of national crisis, Covid. John went above and beyond the standard builder/contractor. He extended himself and his team in a trying time and provided much needed support and guidance to us. John is a thorough professional.
